Welcome to the A25 Completion Project Web site, which provides the latest information about Quebec’s first private-public-partnership (PPP) project in the transportation sector.

The A25 Project involves the construction of 7,2 kilometers of new highway between A-440 in Laval and the Henri-Bourassa Boulevard in Montreal. A new six-lane, 1,2 km bridge also will be constructed to cross the Rivière des Prairies.

The Quebec Ministry of Transport awarded Concession A25 S.E.C., a partnership of local and North American firms, the contract to design, build operate and maintain all aspects of the project for the next 35 years. When construction  is complete in 2011, an electronic toll system will provide easy connections between Laval and the north side of Montreal.

We will be adding information to the Web site on a regular basis. Please visit the site frequently to receive the latest information. You can also contact us with any questions or concerns.
